Shipping and returns

Shipping Policy

You will receive a confirmation e-mail immediately after placing your order. All orders to Europe are shipped from our fulfilment center in France. Delivery time frames vary from country to country. Delivery time is max. 10 days for the countries in Europe.

These time frames are in place to give our customers an idea of delivery dates and should not be seen as 100% accurate. Funky Puss will not be held responsible for any delays in delivery due to courier issues.

If you miss your delivery, you will receive a calling card from the shipping company which will give instructions on what to do next.

Did you not receive your package or are there other problems? Please contact us and send an email to support@funkypuss.com and we will help you sort this out.

Shipping Costs

The method of calculation is as follows: Each product has always 2 delivery rates: 1st product and additional product If your order contains only one product, the delivery rate is that of the first product. If your order contains several products, we use the "1st product" rate of the product with the highest "1st product" rate and then add the "additional product" rate of each additional product.

Example: For a single mug sent in France, the price will be €4.80 (first product). For a mug + 1 t-shirt + 1 pouch, the price will be €4.80 (first product) + €1 (additional product on the t-shirt category) + €0.80 (additional product on the pouch category).

Overseas countries:

Guadeloupe, Martinique, Réunion, French Guiana, Mayotte, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon. Deliveries to New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Wallis and Futuna and Clipperton are always without tracking.

Delivery worldwide

We deliver almost everywhere.

That's how it is, we are not afraid. You have no borders to make yourself known to the whole world.

Only a few destinations are undeliverable (due to government restrictions or inability to ship): Afghanistan, Cuba, Crimea, Iran, Libya, Sudan, Syria and North Korea.

In addition, regular problems led us to remove the following destinations from the list of possible shipping countries:

Saudi Arabia, Egypt and the United Arab Emirates.

We try to update this list as often as possible.

Customs charges:

Goods sold in the European Union may be subject to customs duties, regardless of their country of origin.

These charges are calculated differently in each country, depending on the value and type of the product.

It is the customer, who has to pay these duties/taxes on import.

Returns

Oops... you've picked the wrong colour or size. No problem, that happens. Please let us know by e-mail and we'll let you know where to send it back to. When the item is received on our end you can choose a new item with the right size or colour and we will send it to you. You'll have to pay the shipping costs to send the item to us but we will send you a new item free of charge.

When something else is wrong with your order, please let us know and we'll find the right solution.

Simply send a email to support@funkypuss.com with your name, ordernummer and complaint and well get things sorted for you.

Please note: We don't refund money when you've picked the wrong colour or size but you can order a new item. Clothing can only be returned when the clothing tag is still attatched.

Return costs

It is the customer's responsibility that return parcels arrive safely to us. Return costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable. We therefore advise our customers to choose a shipping service that gives them a tracking number so that the parcel can be tracked at all times.
